Mediterranean Olive Bread

This bread is made with a lot of patience, allowing the dough to ferment overnight. 
Kalamata olives, black olives, green olives, thyme and lemon zest completes the Mediterranean flavor.
Dip it in extra virgin olive oil with a splash of balsamic and a dash of Montreal seasoning.
