Delivery Policy
At Loaf Mill Artisan Bakery, we are committed to delivering our breads, pastries, and cakes fresh, safe, and on time. To make this possible, we work with reliable delivery partners and follow clear guidelines for how deliveries are handled.
Delivery Rates & Zones
Our delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our bakery. To keep things simple, we divide service areas into zones, each covering a specific kilometre range. Each zone has its own rate, and the applicable charge for your order will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Trusted Delivery Services
We partner with established delivery service providers to ensure that your baked goods are transported with care. Depending on your location and the size of your order, we select the most suitable service to guarantee efficiency and freshness.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link provided by the delivery service provider. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the delivery service provider’s system until it arrives at your doorstep.
Recipient Availability
Because our products are perishable, we operate on a single‑attempt delivery system. Please confirm that someone will be available at the chosen delivery time before placing your order.
Missed Deliveries
If our team cannot complete the delivery due to locked premises, incorrect address details, or the recipient being unavailable, the order will be recorded as delivered and complete. No second attempt will be made, and refunds will not be issued.
Refused Orders
If the recipient declines the package for personal reasons, the order will still be considered fulfilled. At that stage, no modifications to the order or delivery address can be made.
Restricted Access Locations
Deliveries to places such as hospitals, gated communities, government offices, resorts, or hotels require special entry permissions. If our delivery team is denied access and the recipient cannot be reached by phone, the order will be treated as successfully delivered.
Rescheduling & Changes
- Advance Requests: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
- Late Requests: We cannot accommodate address changes or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of delivery.
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In rare cases such as extreme weather, strikes, or local restrictions that prevent delivery, Loaf Mill Artisan Bakery reserves the right to delay or cancel the order. If this occurs, we may issue a credit voucher for the paid amount, depending on the situation.
Quality & Feedback
We take pride in the craftsmanship of our baked goods. If you feel your order does not meet expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will review your concern and provide a fair resolution.
