Our Promise to You
At Loaf Mill Artisan Bakery, every loaf, pastry, and cake is baked fresh each day, bringing you the joy of true artisan baking. We want you to enjoy every bite, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.
When We’ll Make It Right
- Damaged or not what you ordered: If your goodies arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll happily replace it or refund you.
- Quality concerns: If you feel the product doesn’t meet our usual standards, share your feedback (and a photo if possible). We’ll review and make sure you’re taken care of.
- Exceptions: Sometimes life throws us surprises. In rare situations — like unexpected bakery closures, natural disasters, or events beyond our control — we may need to make special exceptions to this policy. If that ever happens, our customer support team will look at each case individually and do their best to find a fair solution for you.
When Refunds Aren’t Possible
- Items that have already been eaten or partly consumed.
- Personalized or custom cakes/pastries (unless they’re damaged or incorrect).
- Orders not collected on the scheduled date/time.
How to Reach Us
Just drop us a message at customercare@loafmill.com or call +91 88842 12392 within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order number and details, and we’ll take it from there.
Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2 business days. (Refunds are processed promptly, but the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)
- For special occasions, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund so you don’t miss your celebration.
Cancelling an Order
- You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery/pickup. After that, we may not be able to refund as we bake to order.
Your Rights
This policy follows the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Your statutory rights are always respected.
